AVEA started with a problem Wina knew personally.
During COVID, an apartment that was supposed to generate income became a monthly expense.
Selling wasn't realistic. Long-term rental wasn't working. But the mortgage and IPL kept running.
So she tried Airbnb.
What started as a way to make one property work became 7+ years of hands-on experience in hosting, guest management, pricing, cleaning, maintenance and day-to-day operations.
That experience became AVEA.
Property ownership should create value — not become another source of stress.
